Jewelry Guarantee

You can see the stamp 585 on the jewel (if the jewel is 14k gold) or the stamp 750 (if the jewel is 18k gold)
You will also receive a written guarantee of our shop. that the jewel is real gold.
If the jewel has stones, you will see written that the stones are natural and not fake on the same guarantee of our shop.
If you want an official guarantee of gemologist, we can go to a gemologist and take an official guarantee, but with extra cost. (If you want it, you can ask for it and we will let you know about the price)

 

Gift wrapping and packaging

Beautiful jewelry boxes, gift bags and certificate of guarantee are included!

 

Return Procedure

You have to contact us and send it back within 7 days.
You can only return it via DHL courier, as you received it. Not via another company or post office.
Before send it back, you will send me a photo of the jewel and a photo of the greek receipt which was inside the folder. (without the receipt you can't return it)
If the pendant is ok and not weared, I will send you the return DHL label and you can go to your local DHL office to send it back.
Otherwise you can call them and arrange for them to come and pick it up from you. Whatever you prefer.
The return DHL label will be active for 3 days.
When I receive the pendant and check that it is ok, I will keep the return shipping cost and I will refund you the rest.

 

Custom and personalized orders

Personalized And Customized Orders Can't be Returned.

 

What is considered a custom order?

- If the customer wants an engraving
- If the customer wants something different, for example different size of the jewel, different size of the bail, different color, etc.
- If the customer wants his/her design

DHL services - Can I pay an extra amount for faster delivery?

- I send all the orders via express DHL courier.
So you don't need to pay an extra amount for faster delivery.

- If you want to sign to receive your order, it is an extra service and you have to ask for it.
- If you write your cell phone number when you order, you will receive updates about your shipment. Otherwise I use your email for the shipment.
- If you have to pay customs taxes, you will receive an email from DHL about that.
- If you need more information about your country's customs taxes, you can contact your local DHL or your local customs and they will tell you more details.

 

Can I return the item before receiving it?

No. At first you have to receive your order and then if you want to return it, you have to do the return procedure.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if you contact me and see that your order hasn't shipped yet. Then I can proceed to a full refund.
If the product you ordered is a custom product, you can cancel your order if it hasn't shipped yet, but I can't proceed to a full refund. I will keep 100 euro and I will refund you the rest.
